Organizational Design and Development, Workforce Planning, Compensation, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Change Management. Consults, advises and coaches business associates, identify organizational needs to drive effectiveness. Conduct Human Resources Department development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career patching. Supervise on training needs assessment, Prepare training modules, Prepare Training Calendar, arrange training program, conduct and supervise training program. Develop organization structure with reporting matrix to attain the optimum operational efficiency. Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practice in the organization as per directives to meet the needs of the growing organization . Successfully executes global and local HR processes, such as talent management, succession planning, performance management, development planning, and compensation planning. Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to ensure alignment with agreed upon corporate, functional and regional initiatives, as well as business strategy. Provide professional coaching, team building, leadership development, and organization development expertise to new, experienced leaders and teams
