Legal support to Accenture Bangladesh covering operational and management issues to enable efficient and compliant services delivery. The incumbent will provide hands on support to Human Resources and Employment Relations teams on employment law related advices and compliances. Assisting legal team in preparation of litigation, legal risk assessment and risk minimization. This position would require the candidate to assist in providing legal support to various Corporate Functions teams such as Employee Relations, Human Resources, Finance, Controllership, Taxation, Forex, Recruitment, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Real Estate, Global Asset Protection (GAP), Marketing and Communication (Marcom), Government Relations, etc.Provide employment Law and Employment Relations related advice per Bangladeshi law to the local and global legal team. Assist in e ensuring compliance to with global compliance requirements including international anti-bribery laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act etc.) and international trade law compliances, when necessary. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience. Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders which will also include frequent interaction and updates Management.Ability to work and deliver necessary assistance as a component of a large legal team.Advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh (Foreign degrees such as Barrister-at Law is preferable)
